Using Eduro
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person.
AI can be wrong
Eduro’s tutor, flashcards, quizzes and summaries are made by AI. They cite their sources so you can check them, but they can contain mistakes. Check anything important against your lecture, textbook or professor. Eduro is a study aid, not a replacement for your course.
Free and Pro
- Free includes 20 tutor messages a day and 10 uploads a month (plus bonus uploads for sharing). Flashcards, quizzes, plans and Study Groups have no limit.
- Pro costs EGP 99 for 30 days or EGP 299 for 120 days, paid once through Paymob. It does not renew automatically. Buying again adds days on top of the time you have left.
- Pro’s “unlimited” tutor is subject to fair use (300 messages a day, 150 uploads a month) to stop automated abuse. Normal studying won’t come close.
- Prices include any applicable taxes. If we change prices, it never affects a pass you already bought.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or Pro didn’t work for you, email support@eduro.app within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund you to the same payment method. After 7 days we refund the unused days if Eduro was unavailable for a long time through our fault.
Your material
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it to run Eduro for you, and for anyone you share it with. Only upload material you have the right to use and share. Sharing a professor’s slides with your classmates may need their permission. We remove material when its owner asks; see Copyright & takedown.
Study Groups
Be kind. No harassment, cheating services, exam leaks or anything illegal. Group Admins can remove members and content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Not allowed
Scraping, reselling access, sharing accounts, automating requests, or trying to get around plan limits or security.
Ending
You can stop using Eduro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms; if you had Pro time left, we refund it unless the account was closed for fraud or abuse.
Liability
Eduro is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for exam results or for losses from relying on AI answers. Nothing here limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
