Students upload their own course material to study from it. Material stays private unless the student shares it with a Study Group, and groups are invite-only. Eduro never publishes material on the open web.
For professors and rights holders
If material you own was shared on Eduro without your permission, email support@eduro.app with:
- your name and how to reach you;
- the work (for example, the course and lecture title) and proof that you own it or act for the owner;
- the Study Group invite code or a screenshot showing where it appears, if you have one;
- a statement that the information is accurate and the use is not authorised.
We aim to remove the material, and the flashcards and quizzes made from it, within 3 working days, and we tell the student who shared it. Students who repeatedly share material without permission lose the ability to share.
For students
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our email with why you have the right to use it.
